Predeceased by his dearly loved wife Mary, sons Alan and Desmond and by his brother Jimmy
On Thursday, January 9, 2025, Patrick completed his life’s journey at Galway University Hospital with his family by his side. A loving husband, Dad, grandfather, brother and friend who will be very sadly missed by his relatives, neighbours and friends and in particular by his children Margaret, Peter, Claire, Josephine and John, daughters-in-law and son-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters Bridget, Maree and Catherine and brothers Gerry and Tommy. Fondly remembered by retired colleagues of CIE.

Funeral arrangements
Monday, January 13, 2025 Reposing at the Church of the Holy Family Funeral Parlour, Mervue from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Removal to St Brigid's Church, Ballybane.
Tuesday, January 14, at 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Patrick in Brigid's Church Ballybane at 11.00 a.m. Live Streaming of Mass is not available in this Church. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon cemetery. House Private please. Family flowers only, however if you would like to make a Memorial donation to a charity, please consider giving to Western Alzheimer’s Galway Here
