Phil McDermott
Phil McDermott, Walcot, Birr and formerly Banagher, Co. Offaly, January 24th, (peacefully) at his home, surrounded by his family.v Predeceased by his parents John and Mary and his sister Eileen. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ruth, daughters; Lydia, Clare and Finola, son-in-law Damien, Lydia’s partner Paul and Finola’s partner Paul, his dear grandchildren; John, Allanah, Karla and Layla, brothers; John and Gerry, sisters; Mary, Cris and Monica, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home on Wednesday from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral to arrive at St. Brendan's Church, Birr on Thursday morning at 10.45am for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
