PHYLLIS COAKLEY
(née SLYNE)
Coakley (Ballincollig) On May 14th 2021, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at Cork University Hospital, PHYLLIS (née Slyne). Beloved mother of Daphne, Gerard, Cyril and Alistair. Dear sister of John and the late Mary, Denis and Francis. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter and sons, their dear father Gerard and their partners Derek, Lisa, Eva and Ronan, her loving grandchildren Rachel, Robert, Caitlin, Hazel and Álex, her extended family, relatives and many friends.
May She Rest in Peace
In accordance with current government guidelines, the funeral will be private.
Phyllis’ Requiem Mass will be streamed on Wednesday at 10.45am on www.churchservices.tv/sacredheartcork.
