Raymond Gearty

GEARTY, Raymond (Mount Merrion and formerly of Strokestown and Rooskey, Co. Roscommon) passed away peacefully on 20th September 2024 in his 96th year in St. Vincent’s University Hospital with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Sheila and adored father of Paula, Jeana and Catherine. He will be deeply missed and remembered by his family, sons-in-law Neil, Declan and Alan, Poppy Ray to his much loved grandchildren Kate, Oliver and Ben, George and Seamus, Cara and Maia, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Tuesday evening (Sept 24th) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning the the Church of St Thérèse, Mount Merrion for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
