Words below by Kate, Mammy to Sarah’s grandchildren Molly & Hope:-

“We received some very sad news that Conor's Mum Sarah has passed away. Sadly I only got to spend 4 years with Sarah, 2 of which I was in a maternal fog and living away, but that didn’t stop me from developing the utmost admiration and fondness for her. Despite childhood experiences in a Convent that would have levelled most of us, Sarah managed to find happiness by building an incredible family and raising not only the man I love (most days!) but a group of the most incredible parents in Conor’s brothers and sisters. They and the grandchildren that have filled Sarah’s house with life are testament to what a devoted and tireless mother Sarah was. Sarah was also open, warm, direct, funny, astute and like all of those Ryan’s very very smart. In another life I’d like to have seen what she would have done, but for now I’m just glad she was part of mine and brought Conor to me.”
