SHEILA SCANLON (née Sales) Fairfield, Creggs, Co Galway. November 20th, 2024; (Peacefully); surrounded by her loving family, in the devoted care of the staff at the Roscommon Hospice.

Beloved wife of the late Michael and much loved mother to Tommie, Michael, Ann Marie and Brendan. She will be forever missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Claire and Kristina, son-in-law Anthony (Dolan), grandchildren Michael, David, Raymond, Jason, Keelan, Emma, Leona, Caroline, Kerrie, Michael, Olivia, Caoimhe, Roisín, Iarlaith and Padraig, great-grandson Connor, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.

May Sheila rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon F42 NH27 on Sunday evening from 4 o’c until 6 o’c followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Kilbegnet. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday morning at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Kilbegnet Cemetery.

The Scanlon family would like to express their sincere thanks to The Roscommon Hospice for the wonderful kindness and care shown to them and to Sheila during her time there.
