Siobhan (Shuey) Flaherty

Knocknacarra, Galway and Polleeney, Furbo, Co. Galway, on Thursday, 22 September, 2022. Siobhan died peacefully at home, after an illness bravely borne, with her dearly loved family by her side. Pre-deceased by her father Dermot. 

Deeply mourned by her much loved son Leighton and partner Adrian, her mother Norah, brother D.D., sisters Maura Sinéad, Aine, Sheila and Noreen, sister-in-law Fiona, brothers-in-law Liam, Michael, Gearoid and Brian, her very precious nieces and nephews Ryan and Kaylen, Diarmuid, Ciara and Aoibheann, Katie and Iarla, Eábha, Lily-Mai and Sophie, Cadhla, Leigh and Cahir, Conor and Emily and grand niece Ava Grace,  Jamie,  Rian and Saoirse, the extended Flaherty, Lee and O’Brien families, her Medtronic colleagues, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at the ‘Cillín’ within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Bearna (H91 A2T7) on Sunday, 25 September, from 5pm to  7pm.  Removal from her home on Monday, 26 September, to Séipéal Réalt na Mara, Furbo (H91 NY09), to arrive for Requiem Mass at 1pm.
