The death has occurred of
Sr. Eileen Murphy
The death has taken place of Sr. Eileen Murphy, Nazareth House, Dromahane, Mallow, Co. Cork and Glenshesk, Templeglantine, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully on January 4th 2025 in the care of her fellow Sisters, Nurses and Staff in the Holy Family Unit of Nazareth House, Mallow, daughter of the late William and Catherine Murphy and sister of the late John.
Sadly missed by her brothers Timmy and Pat, sisters Sr. Catherine, Ita (Shanahan), Maura (Sexton) and Anne (O'Connor), Sisters of Nazareth Community, Mallow, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Sr. Eileen's Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday (January 11th) at 11am in the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Templeglantine, Co. Limerick.
Funeral afterwards to Monagea Cemetery.
Due to unfavourable weather and ground conditions, Sr. Eileen's family and fellow Sisters understand it may not be possible for people to travel and attend her Funeral Mass.
