Sr. Vera NEWPORT
NEWPORT, Sr. Vera (Convent of Mercy, St Anne’s, Booterstown Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin) May 3, 2022 (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Predeceased by her parents Philip and Mary, brothers Jack and Gerard, sisters Nell and Maria. Sadly missed by her loving sister Nuala, brother Phil, sister-in-law Beno, nephews Paul, Colm, Ciarán, Garry, nieces-in-law, grandnieces Grace, Leah and Julie, grandnephew Jack, Sisters of Mercy, Booterstown and South Central Province.
Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, 28 Glasthule Road, Dun Laoghaire on Thursday, 5th May, from 3pm to 5pm with prayers at 4.30pm. Removal Friday, 6th May, to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in the Community Cemetery, Inchicore.
