suddenly in New York and formerly of Birmingham England and Gortgarrow Clonberne Co Galway.
Predeceased by his Brothers Brendan and Martin. Deeply regretted by his Parents Mary Fleming and Johnny Collins, His Sons and Daughters Dylan, Brendan, Holly and Chloe and their Mothers Margaret and Susan. His Brothers and Sister John, Anne, Stephen, Michael, David and Peter, Uncles, Aunts and a large circle of Friends.

Reposing in Kilkerrin Community Centre on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8pm. Funeral Mass at 12 noon in Clonberne Church on Thursday with Burial afterwards in Clonberne cemetery.
