| The death has occurred on Sunday, January 24th of Thomas (Tommy) Duffy, Cresley, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath and formerly of Gaulmoylestown, Mullingar; peacefully, in the loving care of the matron and staff of Maple Court Nursing Home, Castlepollard. Predeceased by his wife Áine, parents Joe and Elizabeth Duffy, brothers James, Christopher and Joe, sisters Betty Moran and Josie Brennan. Deeply regretted by his step-children Tona Gaffney (Castlepollard), Bernie Gorman (Castlepollard), John Markey (Raharney), Anne O’Rourke (Mullingar), grandchildren, sister-in-law Margaret (Duffy, Cullionbeg), his adored nephews and nieces (the Duffys, Cullionbeg and Loughanstown; the Morans, the Shop, Longford Road, Mullingar; the Brennans, the Strand, Walshestown), neighbours and friends.
