Tomás (Tom) J. Fahy
Fahy, Tomás (Tom) J. (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin and Newbridge Co. Kildare) -10 th April 2021, peacefully, after a short illness, in the professional and loving care of St Paul's Ward, St Vincent's Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John and Annie, sister Maureen O'Farrell, Mullingar. Lovingly remembered by his nephew, Noel, nieces, good friends and kind neighbours.
May his soul rest in peace.
