Tom Fahy

Tom passed away peacefully in the care of Portiuncula Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife, Mary.

Sadly missed by his daughters Lorraine and Clodagh, sons in-law Joe and Derek, granddaughters Freya and Isobel, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Áras Mhuire at St Killian's Church, New Inn, Ballinasloe (H53P6C0) on Monday 2nd September from 5pm. Removal at 7pm to St. Peter & Paul's Church, Kiltullagh, Athenry (H65KC89). Funeral Mass in St.Peter & Paul's Church, Kiltullagh on Tuesday 3rd September at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kiltullagh Cemetery.

Family flowers only, by request. Donations if desired to the Patient Comfort Fund, Portiuncula Hospital.
