The death has occurred of
William (Bill) McGRATH
McGRATH, William (Bill), late of Ballinteer and formerly Jacobs Biscuits and the Loraine Cycling Club, passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on the 11th of January 2023, in the care of the staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Lilian) and loving father to Marian, Niall, Ian and Ciara. Predeceased by his siblings Michael, Thomas and Nancy; he will be sadly missed by his wife, children, sons-in-law Paul and Raymond, daughters-in-law Stefanie and Noriko, grandchildren Sean, Aoife, Shion, Kain, Patrick, Cailin and Rian, his brother Jack, sister Sadie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Bill will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Wednesday evening, January 18th, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 11am Mass, followed by a cremation service in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, for 1pm.
