Elizabeth (Lily) Bulman

 Elizabeth (Lily) Bulman
(née Clare)

Arklow, Wicklow

Lily’s daughter Clare, granddaughters Amy and Emily, sister Kathleen and all her family would like to sincerely thank each & every person who supported them through their recent sad loss.

Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home, attended Lily’s removal, funeral Mass and burial, to all those who sent Mass cards and floral tributes, letters and texts and those who shared words of warmth and condolence online. Thank you to those who travelled long distances to bring comfort & to those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Lily’s life via webcam.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. June Coates and her team at Arklow Medical Practice for such great care over the years, to the kind and helpful staff of Armstrong Life Pharmacy, to the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Vincent's Hospital and to carers Teresa, Michelle, Doireann and  Magdalena who brought such dignity and comfort to Lily’s final weeks. Thanks also the team at Wicklow Hospice for their support throughout Lilys final days.

A very special thank you to Fr. Martin Jose for his prayers, guidance & beautiful funeral Mass and Fr. Padraig for attending Lily’s home and to Michael Flood & Patricia Kavanagh for such wonderful music.

To our colleagues, neighbours & friends & to our extended family – most especially Lily’s adored nieces and nephews, your constant and  continued support will never be forgotten.

Thank you to Declan Kenny & his staff at Arklow Golf Club for their hospitality, to Jason and Tom for tending to the grave and all at John Sweeney and Sons Funeral Directors, especially Niamh for her understanding, support and professionalism throughout those difficult days.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Lily’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 11th May at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;
