Acknowledgement and first anniversary of Melanie Hill Rutherford.
Late of Lucan, County Dublin and Ballincollig, County Cork.
As we lovingly remember our beautiful Melanie on her first anniversary, her father Seán and her late mother May, beloved wife of Mark and adored mommy of Naoise, Holly, Éabha & Rian, Mel's sisters Marion (Falvey) & Jacqui, brothers Liam, Trevor, Gregg, nephews & nieces, especially Sarah, who was like a sister & bestfriend to Mel, sister in laws, brother in laws & relatives. We wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who supported us on the heartbroken loss of our beautiful Mel.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to Melanie‘s wonderful friends, work colleagues & neighbours - to those who phoned, sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy, for the many condolences on RIP.IE. A special thanks to all who lined the streets from Melanie’s home to the crematorium. Your extreme support and kindness will always be remembered by our family.
We wish to express our thanks to Fr. Pious for his comforting words at Mel’s funeral Mass. Our gratitude to Brian McElroy’s Funeral directors. A special thanks to Professor MJ. Kennedy, Melanie’s oncologist, and the nurses & staff in St. James’ Hospital, Dublin.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The holy sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.
To our beautiful, kind, smiling Melanie whose positivity and courageousness always shone through, you are so deeply missed and will forever be in our hearts.
