The family of the late Nancy Simpson, nee Davis of Sycamore Lodge, Cahir, wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us during our recent loss.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to those who were able to visit or attend Nancy’s funeral service or who attended online due to the severe restrictions in place at the time of her passing, especially to those who wrote wonderful tributes, sent cards and condolences.
A special word of thanks to the staff of the Bons Secour Hospital in Cork, to Mags and her team in Tipperary Hospice, to Fr Peter Cullen and to Gina Slattery for the care Nancy received during her short illness. Thank you to Dom O’Driscoll for the very appropriate and personal music at the mass and graveside.
Special thanks to The Cahir Library Knit and Natter for the guard of honour and the lovely bright colours worn to show their respect for a fallen member. Thanks to the Costigan family, Undertakers, for the very professional and sensitive handling of arrangements.
To all those who helped in any way, thank you for making our sad loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deep felt gratitude. The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
