August 28th in his 92nd Year,

Vincent's wife Ruth together with his children, brother Gerard and extended family would like to take this opportunity to thank all who Sympathised with us called to our home, phoned, brought food and showed us such kindness and Support through this sad time.  To all who travelled to Feakle from far and wide to comfort us and say farewell to Vincent we thank you.

We would also like to thank Niall Smyth and Ger Hickey for the care and attention they showed to us and for all the direction you gave us.  You made the journey less painfull thank you.

Thanks to Fr. Brendan, Fr. Joe, Fr. Brendan, Fr. Dan and Síle for a wonderful service. Thanks in particular to Fr. Brendan who visited us and helped us with the funeral arrangements.

Thanks to the boys who prepared Vincent's final resting place and to Ger Walsh who prepared the grave with flowers and Moss.

Thanks to the neighbours and friends who lined the route on foot and by tractor on Vincent's final journey from Ayle.

Thanks to the musicians who played their hearts out at the church and graveside. To Therese Mcinerney who organised the music, you did a wonderful job. Vincent was always very proud of you and he would have been happy to know you had the helm.

To Claire, Lettie, Pauline and Martina your help was invaluable.

Thanks to Marie and Michelle who prepared photos and church cards.

The staff in UHL, Ward 8d who nursed VIncent in his final days also to the ambulance crew.

To Mary Gary and Alan Pepper for all you did and for catering Vincent's Funeral in Ayle.  To Ger Shortt for hosting us.

The holy sacrifice of this mass will offered up for your intentions.

Vincent's months mind mass willl take place at Drumcharley Church Saturday on the 25th of September at 8pm.
