Tammy’s son James, parents Billy & Daphne & brother Kevin would like to extend our most sincere gratitude for the many expressions of condolence & support we received throughout Tammy’s illness & at the time of her sad passing.
To all those who visited the funeral home, attended Tammy’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, to those who phoned, wrote or text, those who shared messages of sympathy & happy memories online & to those who donated generously to www.wicklowhospice.ie in her memory, we thank you. To family & friends who travelled from the U.K. to honour Tammy & offer much needed support to those of us who loved her most, we will never forget your kindness. To those who couldn’t be present but joined with us via webcam & to those who continue to keep Tammy & us all in their hearts & prayers, such thoughtfulness is much appreciated.
To our own extended family, to neighbours & friends & to Tammy’s dear colleagues from Le Chef & The Red Cafe, we thank you for the many ways you have expressed your love, support & respect. Your many kind gestures will never be forgotten.
Very special thanks to the wonderful staff of Wicklow Hospice for their great care throughout Tammy’s final weeks & to the doctors, nurses & staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital, to Dr Foster & his team at Harbour Road Surgery & to all at the Arklow Cancer Support Group for their assistance, kindness & care throughout the past few years.
Warmest thanks to Fr David Brough for his comforting prayers & beautiful funeral Mass & to Michael Flood & Matt Sharpe for their wonderful music.
Thanks also to Joe from RSS for tending to the grave & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
Tammy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 24th October, at 7pm in St. Mary & Peter’s Church & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the parish webcam.
