Roy’s brother Russell, sister Joy & all his family wish to extend their most sincere thanks for the many expressions of sympathy & support they received throughout their recent sad loss.
Thank you to those who attended Roy’s funeral service & burial, most especially those who travelled long distances, to those who sent cards, made phone calls, shared beautiful memories online & donated generously to St. Saviour’s Church in Roy’s memory. Thank you also to all those who couldn’t be present but joined us via webcam, your presence & support was felt & brought much comfort.
Thank you to the doctors, nurses & staff of King’s College Hospital London for their great care throughout Roy’s final weeks.
Special thanks to Rev Arthur Barrett for celebrating such a beautiful funeral service, to Michael Flood & Valerie Twomey for their fabulous music & to all at St. Saviour’s for their help.
Thanks also to the gravediggers for tending to Roy’s final resting place, the management & & to staff of the Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
“In God’s keeping.”
