The Morris and Mullins families would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all of those who sympathised with us after the loss of our deeply beloved Michelle. Our heartfelt thanks to those who called to our house, sent mass cards, flowers, messages of sympathy, online posts, and phone calls. We were also extremely touched by the countless number of people who lined the local roads on her journey home from hospital and on her journey to her final resting place, especially the local sporting, GAA community and all the local organisations that were represented.
A special thanks to Dr Ann Kingston and Dr Enda Harhen, and all the staff at grove medical, Tuam, who were always so courteous to Michelle. Also, Jarlath and all his staff at Flanagan’s pharmacy in Headford for their support and assistance always. The very special staff at the breast care clinic in Newcastle Galway. The doctors and nurses in UCH that cared for Michelle. Her very special nurses in the health care clinic that she enjoyed visiting in Headford, and the Tuam health care nurses. A special thank you to the VHI nurses and Michelle’s Phsyio, Megan. We would like to give a special thanks to all staff at the Galway clinic and especially the staff on our Lady of Knock unit. A heartfelt thank you to all the special staff in the Galway Hospice who cared for Michelle
A special thanks to Professor Maccon-Keane and Dr Joseph Martin. Thank you to chief celebrant Father Dermot Moloney, Father Sean Cunningham, the sacristan, and those who prepared the church so beautifully. Thanks to Leo Moran and our cousins, the McHugh family for the beautiful music and singing. A special thanks to our funeral director Ronan Glynn, and the gravediggers who prepared Michelle’s resting place so elegantly.
Thank you to our friends and neighbours who have been so helpful to us, dropping off cooked food, making sandwiches, visiting, and sharing stories of times with Michelle. We are very grateful for your ongoing support and kindness.
We as a family are aware that Michelle met a lot more people on her journey, so for anyone who hasn’t been mentioned, we extend our deepest gratitude. We will always remember those who supported us during our time of need.
