Thanks you sincerely to all who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who called, text, sent floral tributes, mass cards and messages of condolences we will be forever grateful.

A special word of thanks to doctors and nurses and all of the staff of the CUH for the exceptional care, dignity and respect shown to Tracy during her time there. Also Dr Buckridge for the many years of care he provided. To Fr John for the beautiful funeral Mass and the musician whose contribution made everything very personal and a special sincere thank you.

We are forever grateful for the professionalism, guidance and compassion shown to us by Joe Coughlan funeral directors and for handling Tracy's  funeral in the most caring manner.

A special thank you to COPE Glasheen for all the care, love and help they gave to Tracy through the years. To our home helps Ber and Noreen who assisted us on a daily basis, who always showed kindness, compassion and support to ourselves and Tracy. To those who helped in anyway your contribution made our loss more bearable.

Mass will be offered for your good intentions.

'Remember Me'
Dont remember me with saddness,
Don't remember me with tears,
Remember all the laughter
Weve shared throughout the years.
Now i am contented
That my life it was worthwhile,
Knowing that i passed along the way
I made somebody smile.
When you are walking down the street
And youve got me on your mind,
I'm walking in your footsteps
Only half a step behind.
So please don't be unhappy
Just because I'm out of sight ,
Remember that I'm with you
Each morning noon and night.
