late of St. Nessan’s Park, Dooraodyle & Bruff who died on December 21st 2022.
The family of the late Michael Cullinane would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss and during the weeks since.
We would like to sincerely thank Father Noel Murphy, Father Albert McDonald, Father Robert Coffey and Father John Leonard for celebrating such a beautiful and meaningful Mass and to Father Kirwin for joining us for the graveside prayers. We would like to thank our singer Sarah Ellen Murphy and our organist Dr. Michael O Brien whose beautiful voice and music added so much to the ceremony. We would like to thank the sacristans Kathleen and Maureen in St. Pauls for their help in preparing the church, the amazing ladies Peggy and Mary for helping with the teas at the reposing. Thanks to David for the live steaming which allowed our family and friends to join online.
We wish to extend our deep appreciation to the relatives, neighbours and friends who visited our home and supported us in so many ways. We wish to thank all those who attended the reposing and funeral Mass and to those who joined us online and those who prayed with us at the graveside. We were greatly touched by the volume of letters, Mass and Novena cards, online condolences, floral tributes and phone calls received during this sad time.
We would like to thank Ballyneety Golf for providing the wonderful meal after the funeral. Sincere thanks to Niall Butler and his team for their compassion, kindness, guidance and professionalism at all times throughout the funeral arrangements. A word of thanks also to those who prepared our Dad’s grave in Bruff Cemetery.
To the staff team at Ennis Nursing home and Dr. Eimear Kelly we would like to express our sincere appreciation for all your exceptional care and kindness shown to our father during the last few weeks of his life.
Special acknowledgement and thanks to Dr. Stephen Roche and his team in the Dooradoyle surgery and to Mr Bart Ramsay and Dr. Sinead Field and their teams in the dermatology department in UHL and O ‘Malley’s pharmacy who for over many years took care of Dad’s medical needs with such care and professionalism .
We would like to acknowledge and thank Father Noel Murphy, Lorraine and Armour Harris for their continuous support to Dad especially since Mam’s death.
Sincere thanks to all of Dad’s wonderful lifelong neighbours and friends he was so blessed to have you.
Our heartfelt gratitude also to the Community of Sisters , The Ursuline’s of Jesus (Swansea) for their love, prayers and spirit filled support.
Our sincerest wish would be to thank everyone individually; however, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep thanks, gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Months mind Mass will on Sunday January 29th at noon in Saint Pauls Church, Dooradoyle.
