ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FIRST ANNIVERSARY

DIED JULY 21st, 2019.

As we lovingly remember JERRY on his First Anniversary, we, his family, wish to express our deep gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with us on our sudden loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to our many friends, neighbours and work colleagues who attended the Funeral ceremonies.  For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolence we are truly grateful. A very special thank you to Dad's colleagues from the E.S.B. who attended in such numbers.

Special thanks to     Fr. Liam Kelleher who guided us through this very difficult time and officiated at the religious ceremonies with Fr. Eamon Roche. A very special word of thanks to those who assisted at Dad's home on the morning of his sudden passing :- Our dearest neighbour, Mai Farnham, for whose kindness and sensitivity we will be forever grateful, Fr. Eamon Roche,  the Paramedics,  Midleton Gardai from Team "E",  Dr. Evelyn McGrath,   Wallis Undertakers and Liam Upton.

Many thanks to Dr. E. McGrath, Dr. B. Dundon and staff of The Coach Horse Lane Surgery, Midleton and all at Cotter's Pharmacy, Carrigtwohill.  Thank you to Mrs. Betty Moloney, Deborah Desmond, Chloe Farnham and Louis Farnham for the beautiful music and singing at Dad's Funeral Mass, making it a true celebration of his life.  Thank you to June Hayes, Sacristan and the Eucharistic Ministers who assisted at the Funeral Mass.

Thank you to Jerry Wallace, Funeral Director, his staff and the grave diggers for their help and professionalism at such a sad time.  To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.  As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually,  please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.

"No farewell words were spoken,

No time to say goodbye,

But you did not go alone,

As part of us went with you,

When God called you home."
