Donal’s wife Colette, son Brian, daughters Michelle & Sinéad & all his extended family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with & supported us through the recent & sudden sad loss of a most beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother & friend.
Thank you to all who visited the funeral home, attended Donal’s removal, funeral mass & cremation service & equally to those who couldn’t visit or attend in light of the current restrictions. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, those who phoned or wrote with messages of condolence & to all who shared in the celebration of Donal’s life via the parish webcam & live-stream.
To our own extended families, our wonderful neighbours & dear friends, we cannot thank you enough. Your continued compassion, kindness & support will never be forgotten.
Our heartfelt thanks to the crew of Arklow Ambulance & to all at Arklow Garda Station for your assistance on the day of Donal’s passing.
Special thanks to Fr. David Brough for his prayers, guidance & lovely funeral Mass & to Michael Flood & Patricia Kavanagh for their truly beautiful music.
Thanks also to Fr Joe Kennedy & all at Mount Jerome Crematorium & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors for their kind & professional service.
As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Donal’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church on Sunday, 2nd August, at 8.30am & those who cannot attend are welcome to join in via the Arklow Parish Webcam.
