The Dowd Family wish to thank most sincerely their friends and neighbours who sent messages of condolence/Mass Cards to our family.  These include our neighbours in Baneshane, Ballyannan and Ahanesk and our friends in Midleton.  Our former ESB colleagues in Ferbane and Shannonbridge, Co. Offaly.  Our former colleagues and their families in Aghada Power Station.  Our Bridge Playing Friends in the following clubs: Midleton BC, OBC, Avondale BC, OSBC, TMBC.  Our extended families in Australia, Spain, London, Buckinghamshire and our friends in the above areas as well as in USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.  Our longtime friends from childhood in the Athlone area.
