As we approach Mary's First Anniversary, her  family  would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness and goodwill extended to us following our sad loss.

Thank you to all who attended the removal, Funeral Service and burial, all who sent sympathy cards, flowers and messages of condolences and a heartfelt thanks to all our extended family, friends and neighbours.  A special thanks to all who cared for Mary during her illness, her G.P. Dr Herbert, the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital, Dr C. Buckley, Dr Sheehan and the Palliative care team, and the staff of Leahy’s Pharmacy, Oakpark.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Fr Nolan who visited her in the hospital and to Fr Tadgh Fitzgerald for a beautiful and meaningful mass and Fr Padraigh Walsh for facilitating us at St Brendan’s Church.  A special thanks to the staff at the Gleasure Funeral Home for their sensitivity and professionalism.  We would also like to thank her carers Trish and Cathy, staff from Bluebird Care and the H.S.E. and all the staff at Baile Mhuire Day Care for the kindness shown towards Mary.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions.

But love leaves a memory no one can steal”
