PATRICK AHERN

PATRICK AHERN (Ryan and Ahern Place, Carrigtwohill and formerly of Heamount and late of Verolme Cork Dockyard, Rushbrooke, Cobh). Died peacefully on June 20th 2021. Beloved husband of Eileen (Nee Cronin), son of the late Peter & Elizabeth, brother of the late Peter, John, Nancy, Jim, Batt and his twin brother Edmund. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children Timothy, Liz, Eileen and PJ., grandchildren, Zach, Alexandra, Tadhg, Jodi, Emma, Cillian, Charlie and Theodore, his sons in law Jason & Brian and his daughters in law Angela & Caoimhe. Sadly missed also by his sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends, Family Flowers only.

In line with continuing guidance and restrictions, Patrick’s funeral and burial will take place privately. The CONDOLENCES link is open below if you wish to send a message to the family.

Patrick will travel into Carrigtwohill from Tullagreine, pausing at Ryan and Ahern Place and Carrigtwohill GAA, then following reception into St. Mary’s Church, Requiem Mass will be available to view at 11.30am on Wednesday, 23rd on carrigtwohillparish.ie
