Desmond McFADDEN (Dessie)

On February 24th, 2023, (32 years post heart transplant), peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents John and Mary and sisters and brothers Mary, John, Eileen, Patsy, Luke, Jim and Annie. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary, daughters Arlene and Naomi, sons-in-law John and Adrian, grandchildren Katie, Emily and Charlotte, sister Ita (Dullaghan), sisters-in-law Mena, Josie, Joan and Teresa, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home (Eircode A91 N7C9) from 2pm-9.30pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday at 11am, to St. Brigid’s Church, Kilcurry, via Annies, Kilcurry, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. After Mass, the cortege will proceed via Lisdoo to St. Patrick’s Cemetery for burial.
