Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family & in the loving care of all at Farrenlea Nursing Home. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his wife Teresa, sons Tomasz & Grzegorz, father Edward, brother Marek, sister Lucyna, daughters in law Anna & Elzbieta, grandchildren Marcin, Julia, Dawid, Maja, Alice & Nicholas, extended family, relatives & friends in Ireland & Poland.

Adam will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd. Cobh P24Y383, on Wednesday, February 1st, from 6pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place in St. Colman’s Cathedral, Cobh, on Thursday February 2nd at 11am followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
Adam’s Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie
Adam’s service will be livestreamed at 1pm on www.islandcrematorium.ie
