Aidan Flanagan

Flanagan, (Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Drumcondra, Dublin 9) – March 31st, 2020, (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital, following a short illness, Aidan, beloved husband of Patricia (Patsy), cherished father of Fiona and John, much loved brother of Paddy and the late Noreen. Aidan will be sadly missed and remembered by his loving family, daughter-in-law Cathrice, son-in-law Stephen, grandsons Conor, Gary and Kyle, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank most sincerely the staff of St. Anne’s Ward at Loughlinstown Hospital, the staff of Roseville Nursing Home, Bray and the staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital for the loving care extended to Aidan during his illness. Thank you also to our extended family and friends for your support and understanding at this difficult time.

Due to recent HSE guidelines regarding funeral gatherings, Aidan’s funeral will take place privately for immediate family only. A Memorial Mass to celebrate Aidan’s life will be held at a later date. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral and cannot due to current restrictions may leave a personal message in the section “Condolences” on the bottom of this notice.
