The death has occurred of
Alexandra Costa-Burke
Costa-Burke, Kilmallock and Effin, Co. Limerick. January 8th 2016. Very peacefully, in the tender and loving care of Hilary and all the wonderful Staff, at the Children’s Ark and Sunshine Ward, Regional Hospital Limerick. Surrounded by her loving family Alexandra, (affectionately known as Baby Alexandra), in her 5th year. Very deeply regretted by her heart-broken parents Tracy and Robert, sister Vanessa, grand-parents Walter and Maureen, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, very kind neighbours, school pals and her many, many friends.
May she rest in Peace
Reposing this Sunday evening from 5.00pm at Daffy’s Funeral Home, Kilmallock, followed by removal at 7.00pm to her residence. Funeral to arrive, Monday, for 12 noon requiem mass at Ss Peter and Paul’s Church, Kilmallock. Burial afterwards in Effin Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Milford Hospice and The Children’s Ark, Regional Hospital Limerick.
