The death has occurred of Alice Keenan [née Mackin] Magoney, Inniskeen, peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Dear daughter of the late Sarah and Thomas Mackin and beloved wife of the late Peter. Much loved mother of Kathleen Quinn [Jonesborough], Bernadette McKenna [Magoney], Margaret Flynn [Magoney], Ann Brennan [Corduff], Owen Keenan [Magoney] and Pauline McBride [Killany]. Predeceased by sister Kitty. Deeply regretted by sister May McKenna and brother Tom Mackin. Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law and sons-in-law. Remembered with love by her 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
May Alice’s gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her late residence from 6pm to 9pm this evening, Sunday 3rd of July, and again tomorrow, Monday 4th of July, from 12pm to 9pm. Removal Tuesday morning at 10.30am to the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen, arriving for 11am funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery, Inniskeen. Funeral Mass can be viewed on:
