Alice Madden
(née Weir)
Alice Madden, nee Weir, Wednesday June 1st peacefully at her home in Sunnyside, Loch Gowna, Co. Cavan. In her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband James. Deeply regretted and very dearly loved by her children; Eileen, Máiréad, Philomena, Seamus, Carmel, Rita, P.J, Patricia, John, Kevin, Eamonn, and Dermot, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and a large circle of neighbours and friends. May she rest in eternal peace
Reposing at her home from 2pm on Sat 4th June until 10pm on Sunday night. Removal to the Church Of The Holy Family, Loch Gowna, for Requiem mass on Mon 6th June at 12pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private from 10pm on Sunday night.

Access for traffic is from the village approach, there will be no access from the Corfree approach. Parking is facilitated at the church and community centre.
