The death has occurred peacefully following a short illness of Anne Galligan née Wall
13 Cherryhill Avenue, Kells, Co. Meath
and formerly of
13 Temple Cottages, Broadstone, Dublin 7
In the loving care of her family and the wonderful medical staff of
Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda, 3rd May 2023.
Anne is Survived by her husband Liam, daughter Gillian, sons Brian and Adam, brother Gerry
Grandchildren Andrew, Caitlin, Sam, Ethan, Olivia, great-grandson Ollie,
daughters-in-law Adele and Lyn, granddaughter-in-law Sam
nephews, nieces and a large circle of friends in Kells and Dublin.
Anne will repose at her residence A82F6KO on Friday from 4pm to 8pm.
House Private Thereafter
Removal from her residence on Saturday morning at 10.30 am to arrive at
St. Colmcille’s Church, Kells for funeral Mass at 11 am
which can be viewed on http://www.kellsparish.ie/webcam
followed by Burial in Staholmog Cemetery.
Anne will be fondly remembered as a kind and caring person with a great sense of humor, an avid reader of books and was a former volunteer with the
National Council for the Blind in Carrick Street, Kells.
where the customers and staff loved and thought very highly of her.
Her gentle presence will be greatly missed by family and friends.
