Anne Santry

Santry (Castlefreke, Clonakilty): On September 18th 2022 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving and devoted family. ANNE (nee Griffin) beloved wife and best friend of the late Michael John. A wonderful mother who was much loved by Gillian (Canty), Pat, Irene (Nic Dhonncha), Kieran, Olive (Cogan) and John. Predeceased by her grand-daughters Síofra & Cara and her brothers Paddy, Peter and Vincent.

Will be sadly missed by her sister Josie Casey and brother John Griffin, sons-in-law Alan, Garry and Niall and daughters-in-law Maggie, Sophie and Mary. Fond grandmother to Laoise, Micheál, Tadhg, Anna, Maeve, Rory, Claire, Leah, Orlaith and Ronan. Dearly missed by her sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, kind neighbours and her many dear friends.

Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Tuesday, September 20th 2022, from 8.15pm to 9.30pm with Prayers at 9.15pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, September 21st 2022, at 1pm in St. Michael’s Church, Rathbarry, this can be viewed via  https://corklivestream.com/funerals. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
