(née Martin)

Anne Ward (nee Martin), 9th of October 2023, Chestnut Grove, Castlebar and formerly of Cloonconlon, Straide, peacefully, at Mayo University Hospital. Predeceased by her daughter Sarah.

Very deeply regretted by her loving family, daughters Angela O’Haire (New York), Karen Woodworth (Pittsburg), Vera Deacy (Sligo), Rachel Mullarkey (Sligo), sons Martin Ward (Lakeview, Castlebar), Peter Ward (Portadown, Armagh), daughters-in-law Trish Ward and Ciara Ward, sons-in-law Kevin O’ Haire, Brian Woodworth, John Deacy and Fergal Mullarkey, granddaughters Alanna, Aisling, Emily Rose, Lisa, Genevieve and Harriet, grandsons Conor, Seán, Aiden and Cillian, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Anne’s remains will repose at Coady’s Funeral Home on Wednesday (11th October) from 5.30pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11 a.m followed by burial afterwards in Cloghan’s Cemetery, Knockmore, Co. Mayo.
