Annette Connolly
(née O'Connell)

In her 95th year. Unexpectedly but peacefully at Galway University Hospital on Sunday, 20 August, 2023. Dearly beloved wife of the late Seán, much loved mother of the late Keith who died in 2020 and sister of the late Rita, Helena and Eamonn.

May they be reunited again.

Annette is mourned and will sadly missed by her son Alan and daughter Yvette, son-in-law Joe Quinn, daughters-in-law Sarah and Laurenda, adored grandchildren Andrea and Stephen, Georgia and Katie (New York), Leah, Róisín and Aoibheann, her sisters Marie and Dymphna, brothers Martin and P.J. (Canada), brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, in particular John McGinley, other relatives and friends, especially Anna.

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) on Tuesday, 22 August, from 5 p.m, Removal at 6.30 p.m. to St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Annette on Wednesday, 23 August, at 11 a.m. and following Mass she will be laid to rest in the new cemetery, Bohermore. Family flowers only please. Memorial donations, if desired, to the Galway Hospice.
