Annie J (Nancy) Clancy

The death has occurred of Annie J (Nancy) Clancy (nee Waldron) Gortyloughlin, Moycullen, Co. Galway, formerly of Knock, Co. Mayo aged 83, on the 17th July peacefully at her residence. Beloved wife of Tomás, she will be sadly missed by her husband and children Adrian, Kenneth, Orla and Fergal. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Kathleen, sisters Christina and Peggy, brothers Joe and Paul. Survived by her brothers Bill and Alo, sisters Bridie and Maureen. Also greatly missed by her 7 grandchildren, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

House private, family only. Funeral arriving at Moycullen Church on 19th July at 2pm with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Galway Hospice Foundation, Cancer Care West, or Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

In accordance with government restrictions on public gatherings funeral is restricted to 50 persons. Those who cannot attend due to these restrictions can view the mass on the live stream available at moycullenparish.com. It is possible to leave a message of condolence below.
