Austin Brady

Maynooth, and late of Timahoe, Donadea, Kildare

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Austin Brady on the 11th of November 2024. Austin passed away peacefully after a short period of illness during which he was cared for by the superb staff of the Mater Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Austin is survived by his heartbroken wife Veronica, beloved children Gráinne, Sinéad, and James, and his grandchildren Hamish, Emily, and Mabel, whom Austin adored with all his heart. Austin will be dearly missed by his daughter-in-law, Jessica, and his daughter Sinéad's partner, Jack. Austin will be forever remembered fondly by his sisters Marion (Brennan), Helen (Martin), and Yvonne (Malone), and his brothers Gerard and James, as well as his brothers and sisters in law, his nephews and nieces, and all of his extended family. Remembered and celebrated by his wide circle of friends, all of whom brought laughter and joy to his life.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth (W23 V99E), on Thursday (November 14th), from 4pm to 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm. Removal from Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home at approx 12:30pm on Friday, (November 15th) to arrive at St Mary's Church, Maynooth, for 1pm Funeral Mass, followed by Burial in St. Benignus Cemetery, Staplestown. Co. Kildare.
