The death has occurred of Bernadette Fahy(née Patterson), Lisnageeragh, Ballymoe, County Galway, peacefully at Moyglare Nursing Home, Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
Predeceased by her husband Patrick(Pake), sister and brother Teresa and Paddy Patterson, Springfield, Williamstown, Co. Galway.
Bernadette will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving daughter Margaret(Meehan)(Leixslip), son-in-law Michael, grandchildren Darren, Lauren, Edel, Daniel and Evan, extended family and friends.
A very special thanks to staff at Moyglare Nursing Home, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, who took such good care of Bernadette and previously staff at Silver Birch Residental Unit at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, County Dublin.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace
Reposing at Flanagans Funeral Home, Ballymoe, County Galway (Eircode F45 DN79) Wednesday evening 3rd January from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Removal on Thursday morning, 4th January to St. Croan's Church, Ballymoe for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Followed by burial afterwards in Kilcroan cemetery.
