Bernard (Barney) Blood

Blood Bernard (Barney), 19th April, 2024, Walkinstown, peacefully, in the kind care of the staff of St. James’s Hospital; beloved husband of the late Violet, loving father of April, Darren, Kerel and the late Jennifer, a much loved grandad of Sharon, Deborah, Karen, David, Emma, Joshua, Nicola, Jason, Nathan, Daniel, Adam, Hayley, Edward and Abigail and cherished brother of Rosaleen and the late Abbie and David.

 

Barney will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving children, daughters-in-law Suzanne and Jane, son-in-law Tom grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends, especially his friends from the UCFL and FAI.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Service on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church , Crumlin Village followed by cremation in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome.
