Betty Aylward, Kildrummy, Windgap, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Curraghbehy, Mullinavat and Old School House, Clogga, Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny.

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of staff at The Oak Ward, Pallative Care Unit, University Hospital Waterford, on Sunday, 4th Sept. 2022.

Pre-deceased by her sisters Peg, Biddy and Lena, brothers Dick, Jim, Joe and Tom.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Kathleen and Alice, brothers Pake, Brendan and John, brother-in-law Vinny, sisters-in-law Maureen, Enie, Nancy and Ann, nieces, nephews, especially Maura and Willie, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on Tuesday, 6th September 2022 from 6pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 10am followed by removal to St. Nicholas’ Church Windgap for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
