McEVOY (née Fay) Betty (New Street South and formerly of St. Teresa’s Gardens, Dublin 8) June 21, 2023. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Joe Boy, loving mother of Andrew, Brian, Edel, Rachel and Louise, grandmother of Dylan, Stephen, Graham, Megan, Cameron, Hannah, Andrew, Josh and Zoey and great-grandmother of Baby Elliott. She will be very sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren, great-grandson, sisters Kathleen, Mary, Bernadette and Frances, her special friend and sister-in-law Sandra, daughters-in-law Teasy and Timi, sons-in-law Stephen and James, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, 1-3 Dolphin’s Barn, SCR, on Friday, June 23, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, June 24, at 10 am at St. Teresa’s Church, Donore Avenue, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
