The death has occurred in her 96th year of Betty Parker (née Hawkins), Summerhill, Foxford, Co. Mayo and formerly of Crawley, West Sussex, UK and Portugal, at Sonas Moyridge Nursing Home, Ballina.
Betty was predeceased by her husband Kenneth.
Betty will be dearly and sadly missed by her son Martin, daughter in-law Elaine, The Rooney family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Service for Betty will take place at Foxford Church of Ireland on Tuesday morning at 11am followed by private cremation.
