Peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of Dr. Harry Kelleher and all the wonderful staff at Cobh Community Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Carmel (nee Byrne) and much loved father of Áine, Ciara and Deirdre, brother of the late Moss, Maisie, Tom, Josephine, and Betty and father in law of Laurence, Kevin and the late Andy. Bill will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughters, sons in law, grandchildren Andrew, Aoife, Cian, Casey, Evan, Rebekah and Ronan, great grandchildren Ethan and Paige, Andy’s fiancée Bláithinn, Aoife’s husband Conor, Evan’s partner Andrea, sister in law Eileen, nephews, nieces, relatives, wonderful neighbours, his dear friend Anthony and a wide circle of friends.

Bill will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Friday, November 8th, from 7pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal from funeral home on Saturday, November 9th, at 10.15am via Roches Row and onto St. Colman’s Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
