Breda Loughran (née O’Brien) Ballymanus Lower, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow, formerly Woodlands Avenue, Cabinteely, Co. Dublin & Hospital, Co. Limerick. January 28th 2023 peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, previously in the compassionate care of all the staff in Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her adored grandson Danny. Remembered with love by her devoted husband Malachy of 56 years, daughter Margaret, son John, brother Ben, sister Sheila Carthy,  son-in-law John Callaghan, daughter-in-law Trish, grandchildren Emma, Laura, Stephi, Isabelle & Mallaidh, extended family & friends. 

Breda’s family would like to thank Clare Keely of Wicklow Primary Care, Ann Browne of Bluebird Care Wicklow & all the Staff in Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home for their love & kindness shown to both Breda & Malachy.

Reposing at Mark Kinsella Funeral Home, Main Street, Newtownmountkennedy (opposite St. Joseph’s Church) on Tuesday evening (January 31st) from 6pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11.30am in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Ashford, after which Breda will be laid to rest in Redford Cemetery, Greystones.
