Brenda Sullivan
(née Orpen)
SULLIVAN (née Orpen) Ballinakilla, Bere Island, Beara, Co. Cork on July 13th, 2022, peacefully in the presence of her loving family in the care of the staff in St Joseph’s, Bantry General Hospital, BRENDA. Beloved wife of the late Leo K Sullivan, and dear mother of Mary, Michael, Catherine, Connie, sons-in-law Paul and Gerard, and daughters-in-law Mary, Aileen and the late Anne. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Emma, Brian, Mark, Aodha, Sadhbh, Conor, Lena, Molly, Keelin and Asha, great-grandchildren Leo, Elliot and Clodagh, sister Sr Pauline, brothers Mick and Gerald and sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
Rosary will take place on Thursday (14th) at 7:00pm, FAMILY ONLY.
Lying in repose at Harrington’s Funeral Home, Castletownbere, on Friday (15th) from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, followed by removal from Castletownbere slipway to St Michael’s Church, Bere Island. Requiem Mass will take place at 11:00am on Saturday (16th) in St Michael’s Church, followed by burial in adjacent cemetery.
