Bríd Connell
(née Moran)

Bríd passed away on Wednesday, 7th of June 2023, peacefully, at the Galway Clinic, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her parents Con and Nora Moran and father in law Michael Connell. Bríd will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Christy, daughters Aisling and Lisa, son Darragh, her adored grandson Rían, her brother Johnny, sisters Mary Madden and Ann Madden, sons in law Kieran Forde and Ronan Collevy, mother in law Annie Mai Connell and aunt Ciss Carty, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May her gentle soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at the Franciscan College Oratory, Mountbellew, on Friday, 9th of June, from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass in St Peter & Paul's Church, Ballymacward, on Saturday, 10th of June, at 1pm. Funeral Mass can be viewed online https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RriAmXVEC9k. Burial afterwards in Ballymacward new cemetery.  House Private and family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Athenry Cancer Care.

Bríd's family are conscious that Covid is still present and kindly ask that those attending the funeral are mindful of the ongoing risk.
