Bridget (Babby) Grant (née Carey) of 35 Fr Byrne Park and formerly St Fiacc’s Terrace, Graiguecullen, Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on October 15th, 2024, at Kilkenny Care Nursing Home, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of the late Michael, much loved mother of Cora and Jim, adored grandmother of Paul and Lisa and treasured great-grandmother of Adam, Emma, Korey, Chloe and Callie.

She will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May Bridget’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Graiguecullen (Eircode R93 ET80) on Thursday, October 17th, from 4pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Removal on Friday at 2.45pm to St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 3pm. Burial afterwards in the St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
